Attention in international air export operations

Consignments such as valuables, fresh goods, too small in size, or where there is no agent in the importing country, should be arranged by direct flight. That is, the airline's lading bill (MAWB) is directly issued with the shipper being SHIPPER and the consignee being CONSIGNEE.

Consolidation can be arranged if the consignment is exported to the same country (same destination) at the same time.That is, the lading bill (MAWB) is issued by the airline, with AXPRESS as SHIPPER, and the foreign agent (AGENT) as CONSIGNEE.In addition, each shipping customer is issued a small lading bill (HAWB) by our company.

Those who choose to transport by [delivery baggage] must attach personal passport and air ticket as the basis for customs clearance.

If the contents of the lading bill need to be modified after the goods are delivered (the insurance value of the goods cannot be modified), the shipper must undertake all the costs which incurred by the modification in written form.The modification must be processed simultaneously with the original and copy of the lading bill; furthermore, the IATA number of the airline and the modified name of the place must be amended at the amendment.

After the goods are delivered, if there are changes such as [Termination of Delivery], [Change of Consignee], [Return], etc., the [Original Lading Bill] shall be provided before the goods are received and after the approval of the airline. In addition, the shipper shall promise to bear all the expenses incurred due to the transaction. Also, the total cost of "before and after" transaction shall not be less than the freight from the place of departure to the new destination.

According to the [Regulations on International Air Cargo Contract Operations], the airline's maximum compensation for damages to the cargo is up to US$20/KG, and cannot be higher than the value listed on the invoice of the cargo.
